太安人季氏,平江府常熟县人,元祐八年(1093年)岁次癸酉八月初六日辰时生。绍兴辛巳(1161年),因次子遇郊恩封太孺人,乾道丁亥(1167年)再遇郊恩加封太安人。戊子(1168年)七月二十七日,终于郴州签厅正寝,享年七十有六。以乾道六年(1170年)庚寅岁正月初九日,葬于绍兴府新昌县伍山乡丁村之坞。男二人:长曰卢逸,右文林郎前知郴州宜章县,以右通直郎致仕,先太安人七年而卒;次曰卢端,右朝奉郎,前通判郴州。女二人:长适右宣教郎知庐州合肥县事曹丕式;次适右迪功郎信州玉山县尉连斗文。孙男四人:长曰希度,右迪功郎新淮南西路安抚司准备差遣;次希愈、希禹、希亮,皆习进士举。孙女四人:长适右迪功郎新池州青阳县尉钱敦之;次在室;次适右承奉郎新监建康府大军仓赵曲;次在室。曾孙男、孙女共四人。

Epitaph of Grand Dame Ji of the Song Dynasty
Grand Dame Ji, native of Changshu County, Pingjiang Prefecture (today’s Suzhou), was born in the chen hour (7-9 am) on the 6th day of the 8th lunar month, 1093 (the 8th year of the Yuanyou period, the Guiyou year). In 1161 (the 31st year of the Shaoxing period, the Xinsi year), she was granted the title "Grand Matron" due to her second son Lu Duan receiving imperial grace during the royal suburban rites. In 1167 (Qiandao Dinghai year), she was further elevated to "Grand Dame" upon another roayl suburban ceremony. She passed away in the main hall of the Qianting Office (the one in charge of official documents) in Chenzhou on the 27th day of the 7th lunar month, 1168 (the Wuzi year in the Qiandao period), at age 76. On the 9th day of the 1st lunar month, 1170 (the Gengyin year), she was buried in a level ground in the hills of Dingcun Village, Wushan Township, Xinchang County, Shaoxing Prefecture.
