王泗洲村俞景魁等同后岸村蒋秋水等今立合同议约，缘魁等村内有佛田六七百亩，旧有碘酬

一条，向从大溪筑坝引水入渠，灌溉在村田亩外，有后岸村田坐落是磅上手，向分两堰，但

田高于佛，引水较难，今议明后岸近佛田亩听其车灌；每亩每年订交磅谷六升，归王泗洲砩

长以为修理之需，其余所种确下放水田，每亩贴谷一斗；一切筑坝修磅等项，俱系王泗洲承

当，不涉后岸村之事。自议之后，各无异言。欲后有凭，立此合同议约一式两纸，各执一纸，

永远存照。

所有后岸认贴研谷田亩开列于后，如遇天道亢阳，各照畈规轮流车灌，并照。又批如要车灌，

议定自上轮下周而复始，又照。

注：碑高 100 厘米，宽 55 厘米，圭首，镜岭镇西坑青石。现立于羽林街道王泗洲村俞氏宗

祠即村文化礼堂内。

Yu Jingkui (Wangsizhou) and Jiang Qiushui (Hou'an) establish agreement: Wangsizhou's 600-700 mu Buddhist fields traditionally irrigated via Diyou Canal dammed from the great stream. Hou'an's fields upstream were divided into two weirs, but elevation hindered water drawing. Now agreed: Hou'an fields near Buddhist fields may use waterwheels, paying 6 sheng grain per mu annually to Wangsizhou's Canal Manager for maintenance; other fields pay 1 dou supplementary grain. All dam/weir repairs solely Wangsizhou's responsibility. No disputes hereafter. Duplicate contracts executed.

Addendum
Hou'an grain-paying fields listed (omitted). During droughts, rotate waterwheel usage per field-bloc rules, top-to-bottom cyclical order.
