赐同进士出身文林郎江西道监察御史沃洲吕光洵篆盖

余同门友张爱山将以今岁季冬十七日葬其考嘉庵君洎妣刘氏于石溪南岳家山之原，距邑十里，具状请铭于晟，辞不获，为之按状。处士讳谟，字谋廷，始祖珦为新昌令，遂家焉。代有显者，若给事中得规、宪使观让、宪副世清、御史世贤，咸著绩有纪。大父讳汝正，父讳蕴周，俱隐德以寿荣。处士天禀厚和、孝友无间，始与其昆季四人者同居，既而稍隘，遂捐，兄弟弗取，分， 卜居旧址。□待乡人以诚信不为忤，躬亲敏约用是，家业冠邑。安人刘，性淑顺，与之合德，内助为多。生男子一，即爱山，名良辉，字明之，太学生，为今伟人，功业未有涯也。女子一，新娘，适同邑宦族吕云镇。孙男子：时式、时成；女子寿娘俱尚少。处士卒于嘉靖十五年(1536 年)五月二十一日辰时，距生成化十九年 (1483 年)七月二十一日巳时，享年五十四。刘安人卒于嘉靖二十四年(1545 年)四月二十八日戌时，距生成化十八年(1482 年)五月十二日午时，享年六十四。姑为之志岁月云。

铭曰：

岳山嶙嶙，松谷有闻，精爽与存，留厥有余，以贻子若孙。

Zhang Mo (1483-1536), courtesy name Mouting, alias Jia'an, Recluse of Xinchang. Ancestor Zhang Xiang served as Magistrate of Xinchang County, thus settling there. Eminent clansmen: Supervising Secretary Zhang Degui, Surveillance Commissioner Zhang Guanrang, Surveillance Vice-Commissioner Zhang Shiqing, and Censor Zhang Shixian, all recorded for achievements. Grandfather Zhang Ruzheng and father Zhang Yunzhou, both reclusive virtue practitioners with longevity. Endowed with filial piety, he initially cohabited with four brothers. When space became cramped, he yielded property voluntarily. Brothers declined, so they separated, settling at the original site. [Partially lost] treated villagers with integrity, free from conflict. Through diligent frugality, his household became the county's wealthiest.

Lady Liu, virtuous and compliant, greatly assisted domestically. Son: Zhang Lianghui (courtesy Mingzhi, alias Aishan), Imperial College student, contemporary luminary with boundless prospects. Daughter: Zhang Xinniang married official clan member Lü Yunzhen. Grandsons: Shishi, Shicheng; granddaughter Shouniang, all young. Died at 7-9 am on May 21, Jiajing 15 (1536), born at 9-11 am on July 21, Chenghua 19 (1483), aged 54. Lady Liu died at 7-9 pm on April 28, Jiajing 24 (1545), born at 11 am-1 pm on May 12, Chenghua 18 (1482), aged 64.

Epitaph: Mountains tower lofty and steep / Pines echo through valleys deep / His essence shall ever keep / Preserving blessings for his line / For sons and grandsons in time.

Erected on an auspicious day in late winter, Ming Jiajing Yisi Year (1545).
