事有远迩可以并举，公私可兼全者，虽其事为前，此所未闻，而亦不妨于创始。梁氏世恩祠

以缔造之艰，未能遽置祭产，醴资以荐由来已久。今春始议各房捐出田亩，以终前人未竟之

绪，但所举者远也，而未及迩也；所全者公也，而未及私也。更议派下若能捐田入祠，以展

孝思，则春秋享祀得以益昭诚敬，其三代栗主迎入祠内，另龛设席从與享之，永世无替。庶

远不忘祖，而迩可尊亲，亦公不废义，而私可酬恩，然亦未敢必也。乃不期年间，而派众已

有陆续愿捐者，是报本追远之意，果出于人心之所同，而是举亦无嫌于创始矣。故述其缘起

如此，并泐芳名田亩如款于左：

基瑛公子玉生公之妻吕氏捐田拾亩；

基华公子玉耀捐田柒亩；

基宣公长子钰珍捐田拾亩零；

良标公之妻赵氏捐祠后楼屋壹间、每年祀坟素筵一席。

Affairs distant and proximate may advance jointly; public and private interests can align. Though unprecedented, such initiatives merit creation. The Shi'en Hall of Liang clan, lacking sacrificial property since founding, long funded rituals with contributions. This spring, branches began donating fields to fulfill ancestors' uncompleted work – yet focused on remote ancestors over recent kin, public good over private gratitude. Further resolved: Lineage descendants donating fields to honor ancestors shall enhance sacrificial sincerity; their three-generation spirit tablets will be enshrined in separate niches for perpetual worship. Thus venerating distant forebears while respecting recent kin, serving public duty while repaying private grace. Unexpectedly within a year, descendants volunteered donations, proving universal devotion to roots. This account details origins with donors:
Lady Lü (wife of Yüsheng, son of Jiying) donated 10 mu fields
Yuyao (son of Jihua) donated 7 mu fields
Yuzhen (eldest son of Jixuan) donated 10+ mu fields
Lady Zhao (wife of Liangbiao) donated an upstairs room behind the hall and annual vegetarian banquet for grave sacrifices
