昔先王欲为□□□各知敬所宗，爱所亲，而宗庙□□□焉。我道墅噢□五十世祖祥任公分房

以来，历十余传，未建宗祠，殊多缺憾之。乾隆二十四年(1759 年)，绍□公等集东西二房立

议建祠于钟山之麓，捐祭田□祠祀□□□租息□□□公始□□□数载报本之心稍慰，无如祠

为地限，屋仅三楹，规模狭隘，未慊尊敬之意。裔孙汝增、汝□等谋诸派众，鸠工庇材，改

创于□□□□堂□置□□前□□□□始于道光乙酉(1825 年)，越丁亥(1827 年) 而告竣，较

前之局促为事者，逈已改观。是虽派众汝毅等或司督责，或效勤劳不□襄□□□□提纲揭领，

出纳钱文，□服其公正，而无私议者。惟汝棠守成之力居多，世所谓孝子慈孙其用心殆若是

欤！传有之“莫为之前虽美勿彰，莫为之后虽盛勿传”，今虽其人已往，不可□其湮没而不

传，爰公议将前后建祠情由及捐置产业并勒诸石，以志不朽云。

注：碑高 228 厘米，宽 84 厘米，圭首，双龙戏珠额，镜岭镇西坑青石。原在道士岙村石氏

垂裕祠内，20 世纪 60 年代后曾作囱白术灶石材多年。2012 年后，随着县内少有的垂裕祠戏

台藻井塌落，整座祠堂也随之倒毁。2015 年前后祠堂基新建文化礼堂，将碑石移置老年活

动中心（俞氏宗祠）。现存小将镇道士岙村。

Ancient kings taught reverence to ancestors through temple rites. Since 50th-generation ancestor Xiangren branched at Daoshi'ao, Shi clan lacked ancestral hall for ten generations. In Qianlong 24 (1759), Shao[erased] et al. built a three-bay hall at Zhongshan foothill with endowed fields funding sacrifices. Though fulfilling devotion, its cramped scale hindered reverence. Descendants Ru'zeng and Ru[erased] initiated relocation in Daoguang Yiyou (1825). Completed in Dinghai (1827), it achieved distinct transformation. Ru'yi supervised works; Ru'tang managed finances impartially – exemplary filial dedication! As ancients said: "Uninitiated excellence fades; uncontinued glory vanishes." This steel records construction history and endowments (listed below), eternizing the legacy.

Note: Stele 228×84 cm, pointed top with twin-dragon pearl motif, bluestone from Xikeng, Jingling. Originally in Shi Clan's Chuiyu Hall at Daoshi'ao. Served as herbal processing stone post-1960s; hall collapsed in 2012. Relocated to senior center (Yu Clan Shrine) circa 2015. Now at Daoshi'ao Village, Xiaojiang Town.
