Lady Zhen (née Liang) entrusts sacrificial fields to clan officers Zhengwen, Zhengshen et al., witnessed by nephew Zhulian and brother-in-law Liang Hezhou. Her late husband Zhengming owned two properties: 9-dan field at Dabankeng (Fang [character] 111: 1.75 mu single plot); 7-dan field at Shijialong ([erased] 198: 1.54 mu eight plots). Having died heirless in Daoguang 3 (1823), she convened kin to donate these as perpetual ancestral fields for sacrifices to uncle Wenqin and husband Zhengming. Fields recorded on stele and genealogy, managed exclusively by rotating officers – absolutely inalienable. Officers must conduct biannual sacrifices diligently. Her remaining assets go to nephew, who shall not claim sacrificial fields. Triplicate contract executed.

Sacrificial Regulations:
Wenqin's tomb (Houjia): Qingming offering – 10 jin ciba, 1 chicken, 3 jin boneless cooked pork, 1 bowl pork, 1 bowl liver, 2 veg bowls, 2 sheng wine; distributed to attendees.
Zhengming's tomb (Wangdiangang): 50 jin ciba, 1 chicken, 3 jin boneless pork, 1 pork bowl, 1 liver bowl, 2 veg bowls, 2 sheng wine; distributed.
